Dror Avital is the founder of M&D Properties Investment Ltd. Alongside his directorial responsibilities, Dror is also responsible for the delivery of key development projects.

Dr Martin Hudec received a Masters Degree in Financial Management in 2002 and Ph.D in Management in 2009 from the Comenius University in Bratislava, Slovakia. Since 1998 Martin has been continuously involved in property development and served as a director of multiple project SPVs and invested across dozens of European projects.

 

In 2009, Martin founded a construction company, Enimedical, where he remains chairmain. Enimedical specializes in large-scale infrastructure projects.

 

In 2008 Martin co-founded Opera Jet a.s., a private jets operator with a world wide Aircraft Operation Certificate, as chairman. This was until November 2014, when the company was successfully sold. Opera Jet operated it’s own fleet and invested in several aviation companies, including East Air Company, Air Carpatia, and UCB Services, providing a wide range of general aviation services.

 

In 2006 Martin co-founded a real estate fund called Opera Reform International based in Jersey, The Channel Islands, to finance and develop large scale land aggregation in CEE. The Fund raised USD 250m at December 2006.

 

In 2006  Martin also co-founded OPERA Holdings, a real estate developer, as chairman until December 2014. OPERA successfully completed several large scale residential projects in CEE and delivered substantial 25-35% annual investor returns.

 

From 2001 Martin helped establish East-West Development, as general manager, where he oversaw the development and sale of the largest residential project in Bratislava, Rozadol, (awarded Best Residential Development of CEE in 2006). The development comprised 280 high end residential units, 14,000 sqm of office space and 5,000 sqm of retail space.

 

Between 1998 and 2001 he worked for HB Reavis Group, a European Real Estate Developer, as a project manager. Martin successfully coordinated the construction and leasing of Business and Center Development projects in Bratislava, with a value of close to £80m.

 

Martin is married and is father of three children, Arik (12 yrs), Alexander (5 yrs) and Michelle (3 yrs).

Dr Martin Hudec controls through a company called Immofin Zahorska Bystrica a.s. over 340,000 sqm of zoned land in Bratislava, Slovakia for dense residential development • Total Land Area of the project is over 380,000 sqm as shown on the land register map • Unicredit Bank-financed part of the acquisition of individual parcels during the process of land aggregation. The current outstanding principal is EUR 14,200,000 • Immofin Zahorska Bystrica a.s. participated in the acquisition of the individual parcel with equity of EUR 13,000,000. • Dr Martin Hudec has the opportunity to purchase the outstanding debt from Unicredit Bank for EUR 11,000,000.
